During the spring holidays and this year from April 1st to June 21st, six tourist offices in the heart of the Landes country are proposing three months of activities which you simply have to try - gourmet workshops and meetings with local artisans ready to share their expertise with you.

Throughout this period, lots of events and workshops follow each other, where we'll talk about the best local products (of course), but also about cuisine using duck in general, pastries, wine and chocolate, wild plants and herbs.
