Soirée carcasses

Traditional carcasses evening in front of the Saint-Sever arena, on the menu: melon, duck carcasses, cheese, dessert and a glass of wine.
You've never heard of carcasses? Carcasses are the meat that remains around the bones after the noble parts of the fattened duck have been removed: magrets, thighs for confit... It's delicious on the barbecue, and you eat it with your fingers!
