L'Auberge du laurier

Close to the old train station of Saint Cricq Chalosse, our restaurant is located in a building from 1909, where at the time, travelers, inhabitants and passers-by, ate, drank and slept ... since 2014, we have completely renovated this Inn in a modern restaurant, warm, where tradition and creativity meet around the kitchen, hospitality and decoration. Three rooms inside (max. 40 people) and a large terrace, enjoying the shade of the big laurel tree. Chef Sauton's cuisine is inspired by travels, conversations with our producers, walks through their farms, past experiences and his current state of mind. It is a cuisine without borders, lively, spontaneous, gleaned from the seasons. The restaurant l'Auberge du laurier is part of the Tourisme Gourmand network and the Collège Culinaire.
