These Poitevin goats produce little but their milk is the best and sweetest of goat's milk. Her father, Patrick, transforms this milk daily into an excellent farm cheese made from raw milk, fresh and matured, but also more typical such as "camembique", "reblobique", "biqmolette", tomme... to be discovered...
